At the New Portrait Academy, we draw what stops most Artists from finishing their Artworks since the begining of time, and that is the Human face.
As our poses are 15 mins long, and we all pose in turn, we only have time for the face or Busts if fast enough. We also have newcomer Life models auditions for up to an hour occasionally on Thursday or Sunday 7.30pm UK time but still draw each other's portraits afterwards.
I will be bringing new ideas in 2024 and will try to influence our creative world a little more.
From This Thursday, the 4th of Jan. classes are back every Tuesday with a model, Thursday and Sunday without, as drawing each others.
To avoid a few silly jokers to drop unannonced in our sessions and to make the sessions better with little extra funding we now ask for a £2/$2.50 minimum donation or nothing if you took any of our £5, £10, £20 or £30 cost effective monthly memberships.
