Tuesday 7PM WA USA time friendly supportive tutored Life Drawing with Martin and Lara

This class starts at 10pm in New-York, 7pm in Seattle and LA, 3am in London and is happening in New-York time in case.

Martin, is a very Friendly Tutor from Argentina who speaks both English and Spanish, will talk to the group first and get a fill of what you'd like to know, talk about to get you ready for the next Live Life Drawing hour. In the future he may talk less and get you to draw more, he'll decide.

He has got a wide range of qualities and talents so all ready for you guys.

This will be recorded and kept available for our full members or those who apy extra for the service.

Basic Tuition and everyday drawing skill, Tony will continue offering, 8 hours previously to this session, so you could treat yourself or someone you Love to a full day of different levels and styles of tuition and practice. Our monthly £20 plan includes everything Live and recorded for the future and the last 3 years.

"About the class: 

At the beginning we’ll see some images by well known artists, then try to figure out significant details such as inner structures and rhythm, axis, main shapes, negative spaces and all the important things we have to keep in mind when we want to start a human figure drawing. Everyone who wants to participate will have the chance to give their own opinion. After that, we can try doing some quick sketches, as a warm up, after some works of art then we´ll receive the model and draw from life! We’ll try to apply some of what we have just talked about in the live model poses. You can choose the media you prefer for the class, though I recommend to use something that lets your hand flow freely: a soft piece of charcoal or pastel, graphite, marker(s), coloured pencils, ballpoint pen, fountain pen… You decide. Having only one of these will be fine. Try to have several sheets of paper A3 size or a little bigger, and a hard surface to place the paper with some paper holder clip. A kneader Eraser and a piece of cloth to clean your hands could be useful too as well as a sharpener if you are using some kind of pencil.

 About me: I´m a Visual Arts Teacher (Drawing, Painting and Print Making) living in Argentina. I´ve assisted teachers since 2006 in life drawing and painting classes, in their studios, then in 2011 I started teaching my own Life Drawing Classes in person in big cultural centers and a in my own studio where I also held painting and printmaking classes. Since 2020 I´m only teaching online courses and this year I restarted life drawing sessions in person."
